A Virtual Office is a subsite of the UN Atlas of the Oceans maintained by an institution, a network, or a project or any group with a valid ocean-related common interest. It can be organised by its founders in sub-topics and populated with knowledge objects of particular relevance to them. The total functionality and background information of the UN Atlas is available to the Virtual Office users. Acess to Virtual Offices can be restrained by the founders. The information (knowledge objects) posted in the Virtual Office may be made visible to the UN Atlas users or restricted to the Virtual Office members.

DescriptionIntegrated Coastal Management (ICM)is a development consultancy firm offering a wide-range of services (policy development, project planning and management, research & development, training, monitoring and evaluation) to international and national development organisations in the areas of coastal poverty and livelihoods, environmental and natural resource management, trade and migration since 1998.
